Product Design & Development
Karrie looks forward to collaborating with our customers at any phase along the product development cycle from concept to product launch. We can provide complete turnkey product development, system integration, or specific contract design services such as redesign for DFx or cost reduction. We also provide engineering support services such as production test development and new product introduction management. Our overall engineering capabilities enable us to provide complete ODM solutions to meet the requirements of our customers and the market.

Electronic System Design
Karrie's engineers are capable of delivering product specification, system architecture, hardware and software design, component engineering and regulatory compliance engineering. We have extensive development experience in PC-based and embedded systems including those used in office automation equipment, as well as sub-system component sourcing, testing and qualification for complete system integration. Our engineers will follow a standardized framework of processes, guidelines and development tools to ensure the resulting product can meet the high quality requirements.

Mechanical System Design
Karrie's engineers are capable of designing the mechanical structure for OA (office automation) equipment products using software tools such as Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics, AutoCAD, according to customer's specifications. We can perform design or redesign according to the specific requirements on structure and appearance and ensure the resulting product is feasible for mass production cost effectively. We also provide rapid prototype for visualizing and verifying the effect of the design.

Production Test Development
Karrie's engineers will thoroughly study the product, particularly the PCB design, for test coverage analysis, to ensure that sufficient test points are available for testing out all product functions. Our engineers will follow the test specification to determine what tests (ICT, FCT, burn-in, etc.) need to be performed, and formulate the flow of tests, equipment required, what functions the test hardware and software need to perform and prepare the budget plan for test development. Our engineer will then design the test hardware and software, ensure the tester or test system is constructed in high quality and verify that product failures can be detected precisely and all known failures and corresponding resolutions are documented for product troubleshooting.
